About Jeremy

Jeremy Dalrymple is the associate director of and a fellow for the Governance Program at the R Street Institute.

Prior to joining R Street, Jeremy served as counsel to Chairman Ron Johnson on the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. He conducted high-profile investigations into complex financial crimes along with government waste, fraud, and abuse.  He also played a key role in bipartisan inquiries, notably in oversight of the U.S. Coast Guard.

Previously, Jeremy worked as a research associate at The Heritage Foundation, providing expertise on administrative law and federal budget matters, and as a staff member for the U.S. Senate Budget Committee under Chairman Mike Enzi, where he contributed to the major legislative efforts like the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.

He holds a JD from the University of Alabama School of Law and dual bachelor’s degrees in international and global studies and political science from the University of Central Florida.
