Louisiana has received a “D” grade and is ranked 49th nationwide in the 2015 insurance regulation report card released annually by R Street Institute.
It’s the second year in the row Louisiana has received a “D” rating, with a total score of 51 out of 100. Only North Carolina, with an “F” grade and a 45.6 score, fared worse on the report.
