The Tax Foundation’s Joe Henchman, one of D.C.’s best online sales tax quotes, married Ethan Bishop of the R Street Institute over the weekend. (As seen in the NYT and Playbook.) And how would you know it was a wedding populated by tax nerds? Scott Drenkard, also of the Tax Foundation and a groomsman, cited the definition of complementary goods in his toast. (“A thing, when enjoyed with another thing, increases the utility of both items above and beyond their utility apart.”)
