Overview

We invite you to attend R Street’s Cybersecurity-Artificial Intelligence (AI) Working Group reception, where you’ll meet other professionals interested in and involved with AI policy. As AI becomes increasingly integrated into the digital economy, we’ll highlight how AI and cybersecurity intersect; explore AI’s benefits, risks, and governance considerations from a cybersecurity perspective; and discuss how to balance our nation’s resilience with sustained innovation.

Our event will feature keynote speaker Sen. Mike Rounds, who will discuss his perspectives on Congress’s approach toward this novel technology. The reception will also include a presentation to highlight pivotal connections between AI and cybersecurity and share the working group’s findings from the past nine months. We’ll also explore potential regulatory and legislative solutions that could help forge the path to a safer and more resilient digital ecosystem.

Food and drinks will be provided, and networking is encouraged. Working group members will be present. We look forward to having you join us as we turn insights into impact, paving the way for a safer and more robust AI security landscape.
