Could Congress finally do its job and reform the Electoral Count Act? The little-known but very vague law was used in 2020 to challenge the results of the presidential election. Some even blame it, in part, for what happened on January 6th. Jonathan Bydlak from The R Street Institute has details on how a bipartisan group of Senators is aiming to fix the law and restore credibility to the Electoral College count.
