About Sean
Sean Speer is a senior fellow at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute and a fellow at the University of Toronto School of Public Policy and Governance. He is a former special adviser to the Rt. Hon. Stephen Harper.
Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Lakehead University, a master’s in history from Carleton University and has studied economic history as a Ph.D. candidate at Queen’s University.
