Thomas Cynkin is a senior fellow with the R Street Institute. He previously oversaw R Street’s policy directors, leading them and their teams to achieve prominence in all areas in which we work, including criminal justice, energy and environment, finance and insurance, governance, integrated harm reduction, and technology and innovation. Tom brings senior-level experience spanning government, business and academia.
