Regan Ferrell

About Regan

Regan Ferrell is a business development specialist for R Street. She helps the business development team by prospecting for new donors, providing staff support, and maintaining and implementing our customer relationship management database.

Prior to R Street, Regan was a fundraiser at think tanks such as the Cato Institute and The Narratives Project. She also currently works at Old Pros, an organization advocating for the decriminalization of sex work.

Regan has experience on the Hill and working on libertarian political campaigns. Before joining the fundraising team at Cato, she interned with their technology team where she focused on internet governance and content moderation.

Regan received her bachelor’s degree in international relations and data analytics from Kent State University.

She lives in Arlington, Virginia.
