About Faith
Faith Rahman manages, plans and coordinates the people operations functions of the organization. She is responsible for maintaining the payroll process, benefits management, assisting with hiring and onboarding, and facilities management.
Prior to joining R Street, Faith served as an assistant program manager in support of NASA’s Office of Human Capital Management. She has also enjoyed many years of service in the hospitality industry. Most recently she served as the executive assistant, supporting R Street’s president.
Faith studied psychology and child development at Spelman College, business marketing at Northern Virginia Community College and communications at University of Maryland Global Campus.
She resides in Washington, D.C. with her husband and feline friend, Buttercup.
