About Artur
Former Democratic Congressman Artur Davis represented the 7th District of Alabama from 2003 to 2010. He rose in the ranks to eventually serve on the House Ways and Means Committee, as well as the House Judiciary Committee, and was also the recruitment chair for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in the 2008 election cycle.
He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University in 1990 and is also a 1993 cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School.
