Join former Utah Governor Gary Herbert, and special guest Mark Cuban, at Utah Valley University’s Herbert Institute for Public Policy to learn more about innovations in election policy.

As part of the Institute’s commitment to study Utah elections and suggest improvements, this seminar will focus on ranked choice voting in Utah, with a particularly close look at the 20 cities piloting ranked choice voting in 2021. In addition to leading Utah voices on this experience, national experts associated with R Street, Cato institute and Virginia republicans will share their research. Participants will be given opportunities to ask questions before, during and after the organized program.
