Red State = Clean Energy Luncheon
This will be a luncheon event highlighting how Houston and Texas continue to be global leaders in the emerging clean energy industry, and how market forces are driving the Texas electric grid to more clean energy from Texas-produced natural gas, wind and solar power.
Invited speakers include: Former GOP Harris County Judge Ed Emmett will welcome guests and viewers to the event, which will feature a panel discussion including noted Rice University energy expert Dr. Daniel Cohan.
Other invited speakers include: State Senator Joan Huffman (R-Houston) and Thomas McAndrew, CEO, Enchanted Rock. Moderator: Elizabeth Lippincott, Executive Director, Texas Clean Energy Coalition.
