Free Our Vote: Voting Rights Issues & Tech Solutions
Professor Neel Sukhatme will lead a discussion on Free Our Vote, a voting rights initiative he recently launched that uses technology to help people with felony convictions regain the right to vote in Florida. Legal, constitutional, and policy experts will discuss concerns relating to voter disenfranchisement in the upcoming general election and technological solutions. Leaders from access to justice organizations will analyze recent voting rights litigation, including the ongoing constitutional and legal challenges present in Jones v. DeSantis.
