Vapescore 2016, a major new study into vaping in the USA, has concluded that the country’s regulatory framework is “rife with misinformation.”

It also says that vaping products are often seen as an easy way to replace declining tax income from traditional cigarettes but warns that this could easily have an adverse impact on public health.

The R Street Institute, a non-profit public policy research organization, has published its first major study into the US regulatory environment of vaping where it looked, in depth, at 52 cities across the country.
