Today, President Biden called on Senators to drop the filibuster to pass federal abortion rights protections, while Senate Democratic Whip Dick Durbin pointed the finger at Senators Joe Manchin and Krysten Sinema as the main stumbling blocks to getting anything done. But James Wallner with The R Street Institute says the reality is there are plenty of ways to pass legislation even with the filibuster.
