St. Louis County halts prosecution on small amount of marijuana possession

An educational forum for policymakers to discuss Alabama marijuana laws and policy will take place in Birmingham on Monday, Jan. 28, with Reckon by AL.com moderating.

Program participants include Jesse Kelley of R Street Institute; Shay Farley of Southern Poverty Law Center; and Frank Knaack, of the Alabama Appleseed Center for Law & Justice.
