Revenue-neutral carbon fee is good federal policy
It is time for the the most powerful city in the nation to follow the path set by the largest city in the nation. It is time for Washington DC and our federal government to become as equally serious about climate change as the city of New York. In fact, just last night the conservative R Street Institute in Washington DC hosted a debate titled: “Should Conservatives Support a Carbon Tax?”
