LegBranch.org gets a new editor
Rollins is replacing Kevin Kosar, who created LegBranch.org in 2016, and served as its editor for much of the past four years. Dr. Kosar is departing R Street Institute on August 28 to become a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. He will continue to write for LegBranch.org, and serve as a co-director of the Legislative Branch Capacity Working Group. He can be reached at [email protected].
