Swift presented and moderated a discussion with Nan Swift of the R Street Institute and Franz Wuerfmannsdobler of the Bipartisan Policy Center titled “Schoolhouse Rock 2.0”, which examined how the Legislative branch is much more than just Congress and how the congressional ecosystem works to take an idea and turn it into a law.
