Texas Rep. Blake Farenthold’s name continues to pop up more in the tech policy space, and he’s pulling double duty today. Farenthold is the opening speaker at an R Street Institute event this morning on the future of music policy. Later in the evening, he’s on a Star Wars-themed panel, where we expect discussion of his YODA Act, which would ensure consumers can sell their old electronic devices without running afoul of copyright law.
