From Log Cabin Republicans:

Washington, D.C. — The Log Cabin Republicans National Board of Directors has announced two new prominent and historic additions to its growing roster: Daniel E. Innis and Eli Lehrer.

“The appointments of Mr. Innis and Mr. Lehrer to our Board represent the addition of two huge assets to our organization,” Log Cabin Republicans National Chairman Jamie Ensley stated. “Mr. Innis brings an extensive amount of experience to our board having served as Dean of a University, a former congressional candidate and current GOP Finance Chairman from the all-important primary state of New Hampshire, and as a business owner. Mr. Lehrer is similarly distinguished, with a deep knowledge of conservative solutions to an array of issues. As the first straight male ally to join the Log Cabin Republicans National Board, Mr. Lehrer brings a unique perspective to our organization. We’re delighted to welcome both to the Log Cabin National Board of Directors.”

…“As a conservative and a Republican, I have long thought that are party has to do much more to assure that we don’t leave anyone out of our coalition,” Lehrer said. “That’s how we can and will win elections. I am hugely proud to be part of the Log Cabin Republicans National Board of Directors.”
