In the News Carousel: Meet Sen. Jones’s new LD
Philip Wallach has joined the R Street Institute as a senior fellow in its Governance Project. Wallach comes from the Brookings Institution, where he was a senior fellow in governance studies specializing in Congress, environmental policy, and monetary policy. He began his career as a research associate at the American Enterprise Institute, before going back to school and earning a Ph.D. in political science and government from Princeton University.
