While Donald Trump promises to bring back jobs, the reality is that his economic plan has fallen short and with the current COVID-19 pandemic and the inefficiency of its administration to respond to it, the percentage of the ranks of unemployed Americans increased to a historic 14%, with the current unemployment rate 7.9%.
