WASHINGTON (June 13, 2023) – The R Street Institute is pleased to welcome Amy Chang as a senior fellow on the Cybersecurity and Emerging Threats team.

“I am thrilled to have Amy join our organization,” said Brandon Pugh, the director of R Street’s Cybersecurity and Emerging Threats team. “Amy’s past leadership roles in industry, on Capitol Hill, and in the military will be an asset to the team as she is well-prepared to address the toughest cyber and emerging threats challenges by drawing on her vast, diverse experience.”

Previously, Amy was an Executive Director of Global Cybersecurity Operations at JPMorgan Chase, on Capitol Hill as a Staff Director for the Asia & the Pacific Subcommittee of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, with the Center for a New American Security as a research associate for technology and national security, and in the U.S. Navy as an intelligence officer.

Amy earned her M.P.P. from Harvard University and her A.B. from Brown University.
