TOP DOC 1 — FISCAL CONSERVATIVES BACK AMENDMENT, Greg adds: A coalition of fiscal conservative organizations is urging the House Rules Committee to back Conyers’ amendment, as well more than a dozen others. “The Pentagon’s budget should not be shielded from efforts to root out waste and prioritize funding investments,” the organizations write.
