Manager, Employee Experience
Patricia is responsible for ensuring a successful employee lifecycle and R Street’s employee engagement initiatives. She focuses on talent development strategy through promoting a culture of learning and helping people managers apply a coaching approach to management. In addition, she serves as the liaison for internship and fellowship programs with R Street’s partner organizations.
Previously, Patricia worked in sales, client relations, business management and publicity in the publishing and commercial banking industries. At Asia Pacific Offset, an international print brokerage firm, her clients included The National Gallery of Art, The Pennsylvania State University Press and Andrews McMeel Publishing.
She is a graduate of Georgetown University with a concentration in international politics, international security and diplomacy.
Patricia is certified in coaching for engagement and performance by the Human Capital Institute.
She lives in Washington, D.C.
