Shoshana Weissmann of the R Street Institute will talk about campaigning in cities, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and policies that win. Shoshana has worked in politics, policy, and digital media over the past decade and will draw upon her experiences and what she has learned from other states to help conservatives win in urban areas.
