Ironically enough, Charles Duan, Director of Technology and Innovation Policy at the R Street Institute, a Washington, DC non-profit think tank and Google ally, recently argued that Oracle itself is guilty of copying Amazon’s S3 APIs. “In order to be compatible with S3, Oracle’s “Amazon S3 Compatibility API” copies numerous elements of Amazon’s API, down to the x-amz tags.”Featured Publications
