PAUL ROSENZWEIG, a former federal prosecutor and Department of Homeland Security official in the George W. Bush administration, on President Trump’s decision to hold the Group of 7 gathering of world leaders in June at his own property in South Florida. Mr. Trump reversed that decision on Saturday.
