The R Street Institute has brought on Nick Zaiac as a commercial-freedom fellow, working on shipping and postal policy. Zaiac was previously a graduate research fellow at George Mason University s Mercatus Center. He has also worked for the Cato Institute as research assistant and as a policy analyst for the Maryland Public Policy Institute.
