BICEP Companies, Including Nike and eBay, Urge ITC Not to Recommend Solar Tarriffs
BICEP is not the only group to send letters this week. A coalition of right-of-center groups, including the National Taxpayers Union, the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), the Competitive Enterprise Institute, and R Street Institute also submitted a letter drawing historical parallels to other tariffs that had failed to protect domestic jobs in the past.
