Steven Greenhut, a Resident Senior Fellow and the Western Region Director of State Affairs for R Street Institute, joined the Jon and Ken Show to discuss California’s Proposition 31, which would ban the retail sale of flavored tobacco, including most vaping and smokeless nicotine products.
Steve points out why something that sounds good is really a bad way to get people to stop smoking.
