About Melissa
Melissa “Missy” Dunlap is responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure. She also manages the hiring and recruitment efforts, assists the finance team, and offers day-to-day support to all the teams throughout the organization.
Prior to joining R Street, Melissa served as the health office manager at a therapeutic boarding school for at-risk teens and as an emergency medical technician.
Melissa studied communications and liberal arts at Broome Community College and Mansfield University.
She currently resides in upstate New York.
