RSA 2023: Tackling Barriers to Entry for Diverse Candidates
A candid, solutions-oriented conversation about barriers to entry for diverse cybersecurity candidates in the private and public sectors. Participants will look at job descriptions and the criteria required for roles, identify common roadblocks, and discuss potential solutions. Participants will leave with some practical recommendations for their hiring managers, recruiters, or their resumes!
This session will follow Chatham House Rule to allow for free exchange of information and learning. We look forward to participants actively engaging in the discussion and remind attendees that no comment attribution or recording of any sort should take place. This is a capacity-controlled session. If added to your schedule and your availability changes, please remove this session from your schedule to allow others to participate.
Diversity is security.
