Lessons learned from 10 years of quantitative easing

AEI’s Desmond Lachman will interview Chairman Ben Bernanke to consider the experience of these QE policies and the lessons to be learned. What are the challenges for the world’s central banks to reduce the size of their balance sheets going forward? In a future crisis, should QE be used again? How has the financial system changed in the QE era?

After the conversation with Chairman Bernanke, a panel of financial and economic experts will further discuss these and related issues.
