Attorney General Barr has re-invigorated Justice’s pressure on the Internet industry to enable ready access to encrypted data and communications. Across the pond the UK government has issued its own demands. At the moment the federal law enforcement community has been playing a very strong hand in Congress. Is this a stalemate or is there a path forward? Our panel will debate.
