Supreme Court could shake up net-neutrality fight
Tom Struble, the policy counsel at the libertarian R Street Institute, says a decision to vacate and remand may bring Democrats—many of whom are now biding their time until the next administration begets a new FCC—to the negotiating table on a net-neutrality bill.
“I think that would help the cause of legislation because that would say to Democrats, ‘You aren’t guaranteed that you can use Title II the way you want to,’” Struble said.
