R Street Director of Criminal Justice Jillian Snider joins the show at the end of hour one of Mornings with Brian Haldane. The homicide rate has reached an all-time high in Baton Rouge. Homicide rates increased by thirty percent in 2020 and it seems to be increasing this year so far. As a former police officer in New York City amongst other areas, Snider brings a lot of experience to the table to discuss the potential causality of these increased murder rates.
