According to Greenhut, this is the kind of nonsense that makes California a laughing stock for the rest of the country.

“The current attorney general is following in the footsteps of the previous one – who is now a U.S. Senator, Kamala Harris (D-Calif.),” Greenhut contended. “They file an awful lot of highly partisan, politically motivated cases. This one isn’t partisan, but it certainly shows the views towards business that are common in the highest levels of our state government.”
