Louisville scores high on taxi friendliness
In a survey of 50 large American cities, Louisville received the top score for friendliness — according to the study released this week by the R Street Institute — along with Washington D.C., Indianapolis, Mesa, Milwaukee, Raleigh and Tucson. All seven cities received an “A” grade, with an identical score of 95 — on both transportation network companies such as Uber and Lyft, as well as for traditional taxi service.
