From Washington Examiner:

CONSERVATIVES URGE GOP TO BACK CLIMATE FARMING BILL: Five conservative groups urged Republicans in Congress Wednesday to support the Growing Climate Solutions Act, legislation to reduce emissions in farming. Republicans in the House and Senate recently introduced the bill with Democrats.

“It is a limited government approach to addressing climate change that empowers ranchers, farmers, and private landowners to voluntarily implement agriculture and farming practices to reduce emissions,” wrote Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions, American Conservation Coalition, ConservAmerica, National Taxpayers Union, and R Street Institute in a letter.
