Real Solutions Austin behind the curve on short-term rental regulations, report says
The report, from Washington, D.C.-based R Street, graded major U.S. cities on their regulatory and policy structures regarding short-term rental properties. Generally speaking, cities that had looser regulations and permitting requirements for short-term rentals fared better in R Street’s analysis.
