Several protestors raise concerns regarding the (i) public availability and quality of data related to the energy exchange as it relates to the ability to monitor the Southeast EEM for exercises of market power and market manipulation[24] and (ii) the independence and transparency of the Administrator and Auditor roles and the Membership Board’s control over those roles.[25]
