#TexasPowerOutage #WindTurbines #GreenEnergy About 4 million people in Texas have dealt with power and water outages due to severe winter weather. Some have blamed it on the use of wind energy, as turbines have frozen. Josiah Neely is a Senior Fellow for the R Street Institute, which is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, public policy research organization. He discusses what happened to the power grid, how much attention to be paid to wind energy as a cause, and what solutions could help in the future. According to R Street’s website: “Our mission is to engage in policy research and outreach to promote free markets and limited, effective government.”
