At this symposium, co-hosted by Third Way, NYU Law’s Center for Cybersecurity, and the Journal of National Security Law and Policy, experts discussed policy solutions to identify and impose consequences on malicious cyber actors from the perspective of America’s law enforcement as well as of our international partners.
