R Street and the Lincoln Network co-hosted a Nov. 28 event on the future of telecom policy and Internet freedom, including the Federal Communications Commission’s upcoming agenda. The speakers included Federal Communications Commission Chairman  Ajit Pai, Federal Trade Commission Chair Maureen Ohlhausen and FCC commissioners Mike O’Rielly Brendan Carr.

Those speeches were followed by a panel discussion featuring: Tom Struble, technology policy manager at the R Street Institute; Brent Skorup, research fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University; and Roslyn Layton, visiting scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. The panel was moderated by Jessica Melugin, adjunct fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute.
